Nancy Radick Butler developed a passion for food and cooking while traveling overseas more than 20 years ago and has spent the interim perfecting her craft for clients, family and friends. She has worked in the restaurant and food service industries and has catered many varying events from weddings and intimate cocktail parties to large scale buffet's. She is thrilled to be able to bring a few of her favorite things to the tables of busy Big Sky locals and visitors alike. "I love to make people happy through my food!"

Nancy is originally from South Florida with the influences of a large, extended family and loves to draw from her past to create new and delicious Seafood, Caribbean and Italian delicacies. She also celebrates her home in the west through various game and Northern Rockies cuisine and specializes in using the freshest local and seasonal ingredients available.
